I really don't like scented products. I have been using the Whole Foods 365 store brand unscented foaming soap; I like it, but I don't want the packaging and I wanted a product that comes without all the water, i.e., I wanted something in a tablet form. This is the first unscented tablet I was able to find! It has even less scent than the 365 (which smells mildly of chemicals), and works great.
Cons: I do think it might be slightly more drying to the skin. Also, I am not sure why it needs to come in a tub (it could come in a wax paper bag and be even more eco-conscious).
We love these products because they are eco/health conscious, made in the USA and wallet friendly! Hard to think about going back to the store brands we used to use. Oh, also you don’t have to sacrifice performance like many green products out there. High reward without the risk of other products.
This product was great. No harsh odors.
I have three kids ages four and under at home, and even without a pandemic among us, there is a lot of handwashing happening in our home. These tablets help me save money on hand soap and also lets me stock up without taking up space in my linen closet. I love that instead of buying ten bottles of plastic foam soap dispensers, I'm buying one plastic container that I can reuse to store other items in the house that are found in my junk drawer or the kids play closet. My favorite part is that there are no dyes or scents, which makes it safe and gentle, but still effective, on my kids' sensitive skin.
Gotta admit it was a bit awkward buying hand soap without a pump, but I couldn’t find our usually stuff in the store for the last 6 weeks and opted to just reuse the bottle. The soap lather is better than the Method stuff we usually use. My wife didn’t like that it didn’t smell nice so she just put a few drops of her favorite tea tree oil in the mix and the problem was solved. Plus at .99 a refill, I figured I saved at least $30.00 compared to rebuying the soap and pumper every time. PS the ‘rona is back on the rise so wash your hands!
